Exchanges and returns
At BANAYA we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving the order (Article 10 (1) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14th).
To make an exchange or return you must:
- Send your article in the original box together with the invoice to: Rua Ladislau Parreira, 57 R/c B, 2785-516, São Domingos de Rana. The return must be made by CTT by registered mail. All shipping costs are borne by the customer unless an error has occurred on the part of the online store.
2. Send an email to geral@banayacollection.com with the following information:
– Full name
– Phone number
– Order number
– Reference and size of the product to be exchanged/returned
– Reason for the exchange/return
– IBAN (or international equivalent)
If you want to exchange an item, you must state which model and size you want. Exchanges are limited to the stock existing at the time of exchange. If the desired item is available, you will receive an email with confirmation and respective IBAN (or international equivalent) for payment of postage and difference in value (if applicable).
In the case of a return, if the product is in acceptable condition, a bank transfer of the value of the item will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be delivered with the respective labels. BANAYA does not accept exchanges or returns of items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
